2012 Curtin Offshore Partner Research Scholarship at Curtin University, Australia

Description:     

The Curtin Offshore Partner Research Scholarship (COPRS) is a strategic scholarship program designed to support capacity development with Curtin’s offshore education partners and its international branch campuses. COPRS are provided as a tuition fee scholarship for higher degree by research programs to be undertaken on a part time basis.

Eligibility:     Applicants must be:
* staff members of Curtin offshore partners or international branch campuses (eg. Curtin Sarawak), employed on at least 0.5 FTE contracts;
* enrolled in or accepted to enrol in a Higher Degree by Research on a part-time basis at an Australian Curtin campus.

Guidelines:     Interested applicants should complete and submit:

 * 3 complete copies (1 original and 2 photocopies) of the
 * Application for Admission* and all documentation requested e.g. certified copies of all degree certificates and academic transcripts;a statement demonstrating sufficient time to participate in the research program beyond their normal work schedule; and
 * a written commitment from their employer to sufficient time release for the COPRS recipient to progress the research.
