Eligibility:
-Full-time undergraduate students entering Year 2 of the Honours Economics program;
-minimum cumulative GPA of 9.0 (B+); minimum cumulative GPA of 10.0 (A-) in Year 1 economics courses;
-Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident (landed immigrant) or Protected Person;
-long-term resident of Ontario;
-proven financial need
-Full-time undergraduate students entering Year 2 of the Honours Economics program;

Scholarship Description: Endowed award; established by family, friends, former students and colleagues of Professor Ralph Blackmore, professor emeritus of economics; granted to the student who meets all eligibility criteria in combination with the highest GPA in Year 1 economics courses (EC120 and EC140); in the case of a tie, the award will be granted to the student with the highest cumulative GPA in all courses
