Description

Estonian Center of Eastern Partnership in cooperation with Estonian School of Diplomacy offers a limited amount ofscholarships for participating in the training course 'International Relations and European Integration'

The scholarships are financed by the Estonian and Finnish Ministries of Foreign Affairs,US State Department (Belarus) and Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA).

Short Term Training 

Eligibility

The Applicant 

-Holds Armenian,Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Tajikistan or Ukraine citizenship

-Is not older than 35 years (when applying)

-Has very good command of English (speaking, reading, writing and listening skills are required on the level of upper intermediate or advanced)

-Is highly motivated to learn about international relations and related disciplines. Priority will be given for the candidates already affiliated to state institutions (junior civil servants or young diplomats) or strongly motivated to continue their professional careers within the field of IR/foreign policy/diplomacy

-Is hard working, co-operative and ready for intercultural team work.
