UNESCO-IHE 55 Scholarships for Masters in Sanitary Engineering, 2012
The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation contribution is equivalent to USD25,000. This is approximately half of the estimated costs of study towards a Masters in Sanitary Engineering (including tuition fees as well as living expenses, travel costs, accommodation etc.).
Provision of the remaining fund is the responsibility of the applicant and its exact amount depends on the choice of specialization.

Consequently, the foundation scholarships are only accessible for applicants who have already secured or who are about to secure the remaining matching funds.
The MSc programmes start each year in October. It is important to note that the application deadline for joint double-degree specializations is 1 May 2012, and for the Delft-based specialization, 1 August 2012. Early applications will be given preference.
