You can download application forms here: Category A application form. Category B application form. The application form for candidates not applying for a scholarship.

Please be aware that, due to the very many incoming applications, it is not possible to acknowledge the receipt of your application. If you wish to be sure that your application reaches this office before deadline, we recommend you to send it by courier's bag.

Once the assessment process has been concluded by the end of February, all applicants will be informed on the status of their application.

Please note that we can not offer the service of returning your application documents after assessment.

Self-financed students
It is possible to be admitted, even though you are not awarded a scholarship. You will then have to cover EMFOL participatory costs yourself. If you finance your study yourself, you are allowed to study in the country of your last university degree.

The application procedure is the same as described for scholarship students, and admission is based on the same academic criteria.

EU-citizens can download the application form here. Deadline 15 July 2011.

Students from outside the European Union must contact the Erasmus Mundus secretariat directly for further information on procedures and deadlines.

Download links to alternative sources of funding here.  Important notice from the European CommissionAs of the academic year 2010/2011, the number of  applications any student can submit is limited to maximum three Erasmus Mundus Programmes (both EMMC and EMJD).

In the eventual case that a student applies to more than three EM Programmes, he/she will be excluded from the selection for an Erasmus Mundus Scholarship.

 Further Scholarship Information and Application

All applications must be complete by submission. Only one enclosure has an extended deadline: IELTS or TOEFL test report can be submitted at the latest 14 days after deadline. Thus, it will be a good idea to make the agreement with your test centre that they will be able to provide us with the report before this date. The test reports must always by sent from the test centre in question directly to the education institution, i.e. this Secretaiat.
