Intel and AusAID Scholarship Programs at RMIT, Vietnam
MASTER OF ENGINEERING SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
This is an on-going top-quality postgraduate program to create opportunities for outstanding students to study Master of Engineering (Electronic and Computer Engineering) at RMIT Vietnam, Saigon South Campus.
In addition to its international standard (the program is scheduled to undergo the full accreditation with the Engineers Australia and thus with the major industrial states via the Washington Accord) it is significantly supported by Intel Vietnam, the Australian Government and RMIT Vietnam via the generous scholarship offering.An opportunity to become a leader
Students selected for the Scholarship Programs will be among the best and brightest, destined to become future leaders with Intel and among those who are dedicated to improving Vietnam’s engineering workforce. Intel, AusAID and RMIT seek students with a record of strong academic performance, English capability, and a commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.
Much more than a scholarship
The program starts in February 2012. An intensive Academic English program should be undertaken (if required) ahead of the intake period. Completion of their academic program is expected in 2014, Post graduation, students with Intel Scholarships will then commence their careers with Intel in Vietnam. Other Scholarship recipients will gain employment in local companies. AusAID scholars are required to stay and work in Vietnam for at least two years after graduation so that they can contribute to wider development work in Vietnam
